Backups you can count on
Most businesses find out their backups were not working on the day they need them. By then it is too late.
What we do
- Robworks IT Backup Check: we watch your backup jobs and act when one fails
- Test a real restore every month, so you know your files come back
- Keep your backup software patched
- Everything runs on licenses and storage you own, in your name
An example
Backups at a Houston HVAC contractor had been quietly failing for weeks. We fixed them, and they have succeeded every day since. The backup software was also patched overnight against an actively exploited flaw, with no downtime during business hours.
