What we do
- Monitoring: PCs online, security software healthy, disk space, pending restarts
- Windows updates watched and nudged along
- Backup Check, including a monthly restore test
- Microsoft 365 hygiene: sign-ins, forwarding rules, staff joining and leaving
- A one-page report each month, in plain language
- Month to month, no contract. Extra work is billed at the hourly rate
