What we do
- Fix slow or broken PCs, usually remotely
- Set up new PCs so they are ready to work on day one
- Run Microsoft Defender properly on every PC, and check each one
- Help staff directly, by text, phone or screen share
An example
When a Houston HVAC contractor's IT provider left, we took over with secure remote access and no open firewall ports, rolled out our agent silently, and moved every PC from a blocking security product to Microsoft Defender, checking each one.

$85/hr, billed in 15-minute steps, no minimum, no contract.
